FIN 4383 - Quantitative Analysis of Financial Decisions3 Credit Hours
A study of the theoretical foundations and the practical application of the various techniques available to analyze long-term investment decisions of a firm. The course emphasizes the capital budgeting process, including risk analysis, real options, and the cost of capital.
Prerequisite: FIN 4183 Managerial Finance with a minimum grade of C.
