CHEM 0122 - Problem Solving for ChemistryCIP Code
2 Credit Hours
A course to learn the basic skills of dimensional analysis, problem solving and interpretation in chemistry. The course will discuss conversion factors, naming of chemical compounds and the concept of moles in the context of solving chemistry word problems.
Prerequisite: MATH 1473 Applied Mathematics, MATH 1513 College Algebra, or Math ACT score of 23 or higher.
Note: No college credit.
