A study of the patterns of victim-offender relationships and the process of victimization. The following themes are explored: role of victims in the criminal process, problems of adjustment to victimization; and issues of victim compensation, restitution, and advocacy.
Prerequisite: CR J 1013 Introduction to Criminal Justice.
