FIN 4243 - Derivative Securities

An in-depth study of the characteristics of derivative securities including call options, put options, future contracts, forward contracts, and swaps and their use by businesses and financial institutions. Additional topics include risk analysis, hedging, arbitrage, and financial engineering to achieve financial objectives.
Prerequisite: FIN 3633 Investments with a minimum grade of C.
