Using the scientific method, analogical thinking, deductive reasoning and advanced performance improvement concepts, students solve medical, environmental, patient and employee satisfaction problems in health service organizations.
Prerequisite: HCA 3003 Principles of Health Organizations Administration with a minimum grade of C.
