Students develop a framework of medical management competencies including regulatory practices, medical practice business structures, common organizational charts, financial models, and revenue cycles. Students learn how consumer behavior is influenced through effective practice marketing, as well as how to differentiate quality, access and price, and how to measure customer satisfaction.
Prerequisite: MGMT 3183 Prin of Management.
