PAS 5212 - Laboratory Medicine, Clinical Procedures and Practice Skills ICIP Code 510912

The physician assistant student will learn technical skills and procedures based on current professional practice. S/he will learn the fundamentals of diagnostic clinical reasoning, ordering and interpreting results from appropriate laboratory diagnostic testing, and radiologic imaging studies, and common office procedures with emphasis on the clinical performance of skills.
Restrictions: Acceptance into the Physician Assistant Studies program with successful completion of previous semester; Cumulative 3.0 GPA; and permission from PAS Program Director.
