SOWK 5804 - Advanced Practicum & Seminar IICIP Code 440701
4 Credit Hours
This course is designed to integrate theoretical concepts with applied learning experience in an approved human service agency. Students complete a minimum of 230 hours in the agency, and concurrently attend a weekly seminar on campus that is intended to integrate the knowledge, values and skills of social work practice in the student’s chosen area of focus.
Prerequisite: SOWK 5604 Advanced Practicum & Seminar I.
Co-requisite: SOWK 5713 Advanced Social Work Practice with Groups.
