FIN 4233 - Securities Markets


Description: Study of financial markets and institutions. The course covers the nature, functions, structure, and regulation of financial markets in the U.S. and internationally. Topics include: equity markets (stocks and mutual funds), debt markets (corporate and municipal), and the institutions operating in those markets.

Prerequisite: FIN 3213 Prin of Finance with a minimum grade of C.
