SPED 5812 - Seminar: Administration of Special Education Programs

Description: Teacher candidates will learn the responsibilities of a Local Education Agent, laws and policies of special education, budgetary needs for special education programs, and how to direct a special education program for an individual school or school district.

Credit Hours: 2
Restrictions: Must be admitted to the Accelerated Bachelor’s to Master’s Degree Program. Credit may not be earned toward the bachelor’s degree for both SPED 4242 Collaboration and Transition Planning of Students with Disabilities and SPED 5812 Seminar Administration of Special Education Programs.
