MATH 5463 - Rate of Change

Description: A course designed for middle school mathematics teachers. A modeling approach will be used to introduce the mathematical concepts of limit, derivative, and integral so that students will gain a better understanding of the mathematics of change. Students will have the opportunity to construct and interpret mathematical models, analyze and improve them, and make predictions.
