COUN 5133 - Foundations of Clinical Counseling


Description: Foundations of Counseling serves as an introduction to the theory and practice of professional counseling. The historical development and the traditions of the field, as well as a variety of counseling activities across settings will be covered. The various counseling specializations will be introduced in this course. Students will examine their own strengths and motivations for entering the counseling field.
