LTCA 5883 - Field Study in Long Term Care

Description: Each student will develop, facilitate, and present a practical, field experience in an appropriate long term care environment approved by the instructor. This practicum provides the student an opportunity to experience both the organizational structure and functional operations of the long term care organization and the role that the health care professional plays in its success.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite: LTCA 5103 Interdisciplinary Long Term Care Coordination and LTCA 5553 Long Term Care Facility Management and Compliance. Concurrent enrollment is allowed.
