The BS in Organizational Leadership is part of the new statewide initiative, ReachHigher-Oklahoma’s Degree Completion Program. NSU will serve as the lead institution for this program designed specifically for working adults. Core courses will be taught in eight-week blocks or online. Students must have a minimum of 72 credit hours and be 21 years of age. They must also have a minimum of 2.0 graduation/retention GPA in past college course work. Policies of the College of Business and Technology
The following policies of the College of Business and Technology apply: Entrance Requirements, Minimum Grade Requirements, Experiential Credit Limitation, Transfer Credit Limitation, English Proficiency, Upper Division Credit, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Residency.
| ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: |
English proficiency is a graduation requirement. Components I and II of English proficiency should be met with grades of “C” or better prior to the completion of 60 credit hours. |
| UPPER DIVISION CREDIT: |
Total hours must include at least 40 hours of credit in courses numbered 3000 and above. |
| LIBERAL ARTS & SCIENCES: |
At least 40 semester credit hours are required in the Liberal Arts and Sciences for the BBA and BT degrees and 55 semester credit hours in the Liberal Arts and Sciences for BS degrees. Liberal Arts and Science courses are designated with a “#” after the course title. |
| RESIDENCY: |
At least 18 hours or one-half of the major, whichever is greater, must be taken in residency. |
