CR J 3413 - Electronic Legal Research and Writing

3 Credit Hours
Students gain experience in the legal research process with an emphasis on both traditional and electronic legal research.  Drafting case briefs and other summaries of findings is required.  Students are introduced to legal citation format as well as APA style format.
