CR J 4443 - Professional Ethics

3 Credit Hours
Duties and responsibilities of private attorneys, prosecutors, government lawyers, and judges. Also, the role and responsibilities of the legal assistant. Examination of the Code of Judicial Conduct with emphasis on legal research and ethical issues.
Prerequisite: CR J 3413 Electronic Legal Research and Writing.
