CS 4233 - Professional Development in Computer Science3 Credit Hours
Students will investigate a topic, apply cumulative knowledge, and use appropriate tools, techniques, and principles in completing a project that has been selected and/or approved by the instructor. Students will perform 20 hours of service learning to the university or to the community as approved by the instructor.
Prerequisite: CS 4203 Software Engineering.
Restrictions: Computer Science major with senior standing and instructor approval at least 30 days prior to course start date.
Note: The course may be repeated once for a maximum of six credit hours with the approval of the instructor, provided that the six hours are spent on a single project of sufficient complexity.
