FIN 3203 - Real Estate Principles3 Credit Hours
An introduction to the field of real estate, including legal descriptions, rights and interests, ownership, title, recordation and abstracts, contracts, mortgages, and insurance.
Prerequisite: BLAW 3003 Business Law I with a minimum grade of C or instructor permission.
Cross-listed: BLAW 3203.
Note: Credit cannot be earned in both BLAW 3203 and FIN 3203.
