FIN 3303 - Real Estate Finance

3 Credit Hours
An intensive analysis of the financing of commercial and residential real estate development and the investment opportunities offered by real estate. The course covers commercial and residential mortgaging, real estate contracts, evaluation of the purchase of rental properties, the role of appraisal in real estate financing, and real estate investing including real estate investment trust (REIT).
Prerequisite: FIN 3213 Prin of Finance and BLAW 3003 Business Law I with a minimum grade of C or instructor permission.
