NUTR 2111 - Introduction to Nutritional Sciences

Students explore career opportunities in health professions focusing on careers in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Allied Health. They discuss educational pathways, roles and responsibilities of health care professionals, and memberships in professional organizations.
Note: Students should take the course the first semester in which Nutritional Sciences major is considered or when student is accepted into Nutritional Sciences: Dietetics.
