MATH 3513 - Statistical Methods #

3 Credit Hours
Students estimate population means and proportions using hypothesis testing, point estimation, sampling distributions, and statistical software. Additional topics include descriptive statistics, linear regression, discrete and continuous probability distributions.
Prerequisite: MATH 1473 Applied Mathematics, MATH 1513 College Algebra or a Math ACT score of 23 or higher.
Cross-listed: BADM 3933.
Note: Credit cannot be earned in both BADM 3933 and MATH 3513.
