MATH 4523 - Teaching Elementary School Mathematics: Grade K-4

3 Credit Hours
How to teach the standard elementary school mathematics curriculum to children grades K-4, including the influence of cognitive development upon mathematical thought and the use of concrete models to teach concepts and algorithms.
Prerequisite: MATH 3413 Geometry and Measurement or concurrent enrollment.
