MGMT 4243 - New Venture Creation

Students explore the requirements, decisions, and policies required for the development of a new business. Attention is directed to opportunity assessment, organizing, financing, profit planning, projection, direction, and control. Students will build a complete business plan.
Prerequisite: MKT 3213 Principles of Marketing and MGMT 3263 Principles of Entrepreneurship or MGMT 3323 Creativity, Innovation and Opportunity with a minimum grade of C.
