Students examine problems typically encountered by new and growing businesses. Topics include legal forms of business; managing growth; developing management teams; start-up versus purchase decisions; franchising; and business valuations.
Prerequisite: MGMT 3323 Creativity, Innovation, & Opportunity with a minimum grade of C.
