POLS 4603 - Topics in Global Issues3 Credit Hours Students analyze the causes and effects of important issues of political, economic, and social change at the local, national, regional, and global scales. Students critically compare approaches to addressing international challenges. Students evaluate political measures taken and outcomes observed. This course is writing-intensive and requires a substantial research paper. Prerequisite: POLS 2313 Introduction to International Relations and POLS 2353 Introduction to Comparative Politics. Note: Course may be repeated with different topics for a maximum of six credit hours.
