CHEM 4313 - Biophysical Chemistry#

3 Credit Hours
Students explore the physical principles that govern biological systems and the methods used for their investigation. Topics include thermodynamics, inter- and intramolecular interactions, chemical and enzyme kinetics, and the application of quantum mechanics to modern spectroscopic techniques.
Prerequisite: MATH 2614 Calculus I, PHYS 1115 General Physics I or PHYS 2115 Engineering Physics I, and CHEM 4214 Biochemistry.
