SOWK 5013 - Practice I

3 Credit Hours
Students utilize a systems approach to problem-solving to learn a generalist orientation in social work practice. Students develop a beginning level of competence in social work modes of intervention with individuals and families.
Prerequisite: SOWK 5003 Human Behavior in the Social Environment I. Concurrent enrollment is allowed.
Co-requisite: SOWK 5204 Social Work Practicum I & Seminar.
