Description: This course includes theoretical frameworks, evaluation, intervention, and documentation related to occupational therapy practice with adults having physical disabilities. Practice settings, legislative policies, and reimbursement issues impacting practice with this population will be discussed.
Credit Hours: 5 Contact Hours: Lecture: 4 Lab: 2
Prerequisite: OCTH 5063 Movement in Occupations, OCTH 5153 Occupations Through the Lifespan, and OCTH 5173 Neuroscience. Co-requisite: OCTH 5115L Physical Dis Eval & Intervention Lab.
