Description: The physician assistant student will learn the basic principles of behavioral science and human behavior and be introduced to the psychosocial and developmental aspects of illness and disability in relation to healthcare. The student will also learn the fundamentals of normal and abnormal development across the lifespan including human sexuality, psychiatric/behavioral conditions and issues relating to death and dying.
