MILS 1021 - Military Leadership: Basic Leadership


Description: Presents fundamental leadership concepts and doctrine. Practices basic skills that underlie effective problem solving. Applies active listening & feedback skills. Examines factors that influence leader and group effectiveness. Examines the officer experience.
