MILS 3103 - Military Leadership: Operations

Description: This course provides an interdisciplinary approach to military operations including the history of operational art, planning, design, preparation, execution and assessment, problem solving, eight-step training model, military decision making process, and the operations process. Course includes relative civilian methodology for comparison and contrast.
