Description: In this capstone course, HTM majors will pursue projects according to their specific interests in hospitality planning. Potential areas include: applied meeting and convention management, tourism promotion and development, casino management and operations, hotel operations, or catering.

Prerequisite: HTM 3113 Prin of Gaming Management, HTM 3233 Hotel Operations & Catering and HTM 3423 Prin of Meeting Mgmt. Prerequisites must be completed with a minimum grade of C.
Co-requisite: HTM 3623 Prin of Destination Development.
