AIS 4123 - Cherokee Legal History


Description: The study of Cherokee history examining the divergent development of the Eastern and Western Cherokees. Topics include: social and political foundations, development of constitutional government, dissolution and revitalization of the Cherokee Nation in the 20th century, and legal issues. May be conducted in Cherokee.
