SPED 5323 - Response to Intervention and Assessment of Students with ASD CIP Code: 131001 Description: Teacher candidates will understand the identification and psychological evaluation procedures required for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other disabilities to become eligible for special education services. Teacher candidates will also learn about the Response to Intervention process necessary for effective evaluations.
Credit Hours: 3 Restrictions: Must be admitted to the Accelerated Bachelor’s to Master’s Degree Program. Credit may not be earned toward the bachelor’s degree for both SPED 4253 Instructional Evaluations and Implementation for Students with Disabilities and SPED 5323 Response to Intervention and Assessment with Students with ASD.
