MPH 5003 - Introduction to Public Health

Description: Students will learn the core functions of public health at the local, state, and federal levels; the evolution of public health services and delivery systems; and the essential services of public health practice. Emerging health problems; the social, political, and economic factors that influence health; and the science of prevention will also be examined.

Restrictions: Must be admitted to the Accelerated Bachelor’s to Master’s Degree Program.
