MPH 5774 - Medical Nutrition Therapy II

Description: Student further study nutritional, biochemical, and physiological principles in relation to treatment and prevention of selected disease states and/or nutritional support modalities and philosophies. Experiential learning and case studies will be utilized for students to apply their knowledge and conceptual understanding to real-world problems related to nutrition management of health conditions through the use of nutrition-related pharmacotherapy.

Credit Hours: 4
Prerequisite: MPH 5764 - Medical Nutrition Therapy I with a minimum grade of B.
