MGMT 5363 - Strategic Compensation Management

Description: Students explore how a compensation system supports an organization’s overall strategy.  Topics include analyzing compensation plans, bases for pay, legally required and discretionary benefits, and contemporary strategic compensation challenges. Students identify and navigate the complexities of implementing a compensation plan that supports employee and organizational growth. 

Credit Hours: 3
Lecture contact hours per week: 3
Restrictions: Must be admitted to the Accelerated Bachelor’s to Master’s Degree Program. Credit may not be earned toward the bachelor’s degree for both MGMT 4163 Compensation Management and MGMT 5363 Strategic Compensation Management.
