Students review contemporary recruitment practices, selection systems, performance appraisals and training systems in practice and as seen through legislation. Students write and apply company policies related to recruiting and retaining talent.

Restrictions: Must be admitted to the Accelerated Bachelor’s to Master’s Degree Program. Credit may not be earned toward the bachelor’s degree for both MGMT 4313 Strategic Staffing and MGMT 5383 Talent Management.
