EDUC 3313 - Clinical Teaching/Pre-Internship I

Description: Students explore the role of the school in a democratic society and teaching as a profession.Students complete a field-based clinical experience in the public schools for a minimum of 8 days during the semester. The clinical experiences include classroom observation and participation in activities at different grade levels under the supervision of a professional educator. Candidates must successfully accomplish Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education criteria for admission to teacher education by the end of the course.

Co-requisite: EDUC 3113 Educational Psychology.
Restrictions: Must have completed 45 hours and have a minimum overall GPA of 2.75.
