H ED 1113 - Principles of Health and Fitness/Wellness CIP Code: 310505 Description: In this course, students will learn to assess and enhance their overall well-being by integrating physical, mental, and emotional health practices into their daily lives. They will develop essential life skills for making informed decisions about nutrition, exercise, stress management, and self-care. Students will create personalized wellness plans that promote balance and resilience. By the end of the course, students will have a set of practical skills and insights that will help them tackle health challenges and support their well-being throughout life.
