Description: Students learn epidemiological concepts such as the science and methodology of disease transmission, risk surveillance, and quality management integration while evaluating effective health care management, program planning, and development.  Using the scientific method, analogical thinking, deductive reasoning and advanced performance improvement concepts, students solve medical, environmental, patient and employee satisfaction problems in health service organizations.
