Description: Students in Technical Theatre I will learn and apply basic theories of technical theatre production in properties, costuming, and scenery. Students will practice skills and techniques, use tools, and materials, indlcuing both hand and power tools, and explore specialized equipment that is necessary to execute technical elements of properties, costuming, and scenery. This is a required course that provides the building blocks in each of these areas that are vital to the success of drama majors. (no prerequisite)
