Description: Students in Technical Theatre IV apply advanced theories of technical theatre production in stage lighting, make-up, and sound. Students apply elements of design and stage management through hands-on projects, class discussions and short readings. Students learn and use basic design vocabulary and computer software for practical and theoretical aspects of stagecraft. Students are required to participate and collaborate in class projects. Students will advance their knowledge of properties, costuming, and scenery, essential fundamental areas that are vital to the success of drama majors. (Prerequisite Technical Theatre I, Technical Theatre II, and Technical Theatre III)
