PSYC 5473 - Marriage and Family Therapy

3 Hours. A comprehensive social-psychological review of marriage and family dynamics emphasizing the prevention and intervention of problem situations. Theoretical issues are discussed, however, the major emphasis is on providing practical knowledge and techniques for field use. Key issues and problem areas for each stage of the marital/family relationship will be discussed.
