OCTH 5253 - Role of Psychiatric Disorders on Physical Performance

3 Hours. An overview of psychiatric disorders and their impact on person variables and occupational performance is provided along with general occupational therapy approaches to these disorders. Includes DSM classifications, psychotropic drugs, behavioral interventions, and an appreciation for the experience of the person with a mental illness.
