OCTH 5357 - Practice Models in OT

7 Hours. In a series of modules this course introduces the student to selected occupational therapy practice models. Theoretical background, assessments, and interventions approaches common to each model are described. The lab component of this class consists of two parts: 1) learning of assessment and intervention techniques specific to different practice models and 2) practice in selecting and applying appropriate practice models for different occupational performance problems.
