Students must earn a grade of “C” or better in music courses used in the minor.

Requirements

Students must complete three hours of music ensemble from the following:
MUS 3601 - University Singers
MUS 3611 - Wind Ensemble
MUS 3631 - University/Community Chorus
MUS 3641 - Jazz Ensemble
MUS 3651 - Jazz Band
MUS 3661 - Jazz Combos
MUS 3671 - Chamber Music
MUS 3681 - Band
MUS 3691 - Opera Workshop

Piano Class*

Students must complete 1 hour from the following:
MUS 1011 - Piano Class I #
MUS 1101 - Piano Class II #
MUS 2011 - Piano Class III #
MUS 2101 - Piano Class IV #

Note

*Students with piano as applied area will take Voice Class (MUS 1032) or one hour of voice lessons or of some other instrument.

Complete four (4) hours in the same applied area
