Business Administration General Information
The Supply Chain Management major exposes students to vital skills needed in meeting the challenges of domestic and international logistics, procurement, transportation, distribution, and inventory movement and storage. Courses focus on the ability to identify methods of supply chain optimizing and the development of new opportunities for creating value in the movements of goods, services, information, and financial resources. Students are grounded in relevant theory in addition to applied principles of Supply Chain Management.
The following policies of the College of Business and Technology apply to the Supply Chain Management Major: Entrance Requirements, Minimum Grade Requirements, Experiential Credit Limitation, Transfer Credit Limitation, English Proficiency, Upper Division Credit, Liberal Arts and Sciences and Residency.

Business Core 39 hours
The following core of courses is required of all business students, except as modified for Hospitality and Tourism Management. See major plan of study on the following pages. Supply Chain Management Core

- Business/Technology Elective 3 hours
- Supply Chain Electives 15 hours
Policies of the College of Business and Technology
The following policies of the College of Business and Technology apply: Entrance Requirements, Minimum Grade Requirements, Experiential Credit Limitation, Transfer Credit Limitation, English Proficiency, Upper Division Credit, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Residency.
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: |
English proficiency is a graduation requirement. Components I and II of English proficiency should be met with grades of “C” or better prior to the completion of 60 credit hours. |
UPPER DIVISION CREDIT: |
Total hours must include at least 40 hours of credit in courses numbered 3000 and above. |
LIBERAL ARTS & SCIENCES: |
At least 40 semester credit hours are required in the Liberal Arts and Sciences. |
RESIDENCY: |
At least 18 hours or one-half of the major, whichever is greater, must be taken in residency. |
