EDUC 3313 - Clinical Teaching/Pre-Internship ICIP Code
3 Credit Hours
This course is a study of the role of the school in a democratic society and teaching as a profession. All students enrolled in the course are required to complete a field-based clinical experience in the public schools for a minimum of 8 days during the semester. The clinical experiences include classroom observation and participation in activities at different grade levels under the supervision of a professional educator.
Co-requisite: EDUC 3113 Educational Psychology.
Restrictions: Must have completed 45 hours, have a minimum overall GPA of 2.75, and have taken the Oklahoma General Education Test (OGET) - verification required.
