Description: Students learn methods of screening and assessment of nutritional status including dietary, clinical, biochemical and anthropometric measurements. Students will be introduced to counseling theory, techniques, and documentation methods.

Prerequisite: NUTR 1653 Basic Nutrition with a minimum grade of C or instructor permission.
